About This Piece

4″ Auspicious Riddhi Siddhi Ganesha | Handcrafted Brass

This 4.5-inch brass sculpture depicts Lord Ganesha seated centrally with Riddhi and Siddhi standing on either side, cast as a single unified composition on a tiered rectangular base. The piece measures 4.5 inches in height, 4 inches in width, and 3 inches in depth, with a substantial weight of 1100 grams that reflects the density of solid brass construction.

The sculpture has been shaped through traditional lost-wax casting, a process that allows for the level of surface detail visible across this piece — the layered folds of Ganesha's dhoti, the incised patterning along the base, the individual ornamental detailing on each of the three figures. Riddhi and Siddhi are rendered standing in relaxed postures, each holding ritual offerings, their facial expressions calm and symmetrical. Ganesha's trunk curves naturally downward, and the broad elephant head carries the characteristic crown and brow markings associated with the classical iconographic form. The chiseling on the base and surrounding frame shows deliberate hand-finishing work done after casting.

In Hindu tradition, Ganesha is worshipped as the remover of obstacles and the presiding deity at the start of any significant undertaking. Riddhi represents material prosperity and worldly abundance, while Siddhi represents spiritual attainment and the fulfillment of purpose. Together, the three form a composition that has held deep meaning in devotional practice for centuries.

Brass is an alloy of copper and zinc, chosen historically for its warm golden tone, workability under hand tools, and resistance to corrosion over long periods. These properties have made it the preferred material for Indian devotional sculpture across generations.

This piece carries an antique polish finish, which gives the surface its deepened golden-brown tone and draws out the relief detail across the figures and base. As with all handcrafted brass work, natural variation in tone, texture, and surface character from piece to piece is expected and reflects the handmade process.

It is well suited for a home puja room, a personal altar, a work desk, or as a considered gift for housewarmings, festivals, or milestones.

How We Pack It

Every idol is individually wrapped in soft cloth and nestled in foam casing inside a double-walled corrugated box. We have shipped to 25+ countries without a single breakage complaint.

Orders are dispatched within 2-3 working days. Domestic delivery takes 5-7 days. International shipping takes 10-15 working days via tracked courier.

How to Care For It

Wipe regularly with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid chemical cleaners, acidic solutions, or abrasive pads. For occasional deep cleaning, use warm water and mild soap — dry immediately after.

Brass and Panchaloha naturally develop patina over time. If you prefer the original finish, apply a thin coat of coconut oil monthly.
