Bring home the divine blessings of Lord Ganesha with this 3-inch Panchaloha Ganesha Idol with Arch, a symbol of wisdom, prosperity, and protection. Handcrafted using the traditional South Indian Panchaloha alloy (a sacred mix of five metals), this miniature statue beautifully captures the intricate essence of Vedic craftsmanship. Seated in a serene posture, Ganesha is portrayed with expressive detail — from his calm facial features to the symbolic objects in his hands. The arch above him is carved with ornate patterns, enhancing its sacred charm and making it a standout spiritual decor piece. Perfect for home puja rooms, office desks, spiritual gifting, or travel altars, this compact idol blends elegance with devotion. Whether you’re setting up a sacred corner or gifting blessings to a loved one, this Ganesha idol brings peace and positive energy wherever it is placed. Note: At Cosmic Studio, every sculpture is individually handcrafted, ensuring no two pieces are exactly alike. Minor variations in color, texture, and detailing are a natural result of the artisanal process and are considered marks of authenticity. These unique characteristics, along with potential differences in lighting and screen displays, may cause the product to appear slightly different from the images shown.

About This Piece

3″ Divine Ganesha Idol with Arch | Handcrafted Panchaloha

This 3-inch Ganesha idol with prabhavali arch is cast in Panchaloha, the traditional South Indian five-metal alloy, and measures 8cm in height, 5cm in width, and 2cm in depth, weighing 100 grams.

The piece is made using the lost-wax casting method, a technique that demands precise wax modelling before the alloy is poured and the form is hand-finished after casting. The level of detail achieved at this scale is a measure of that skill: the tiered lotus throne, the layered platform base with step moulding, the four arms each holding distinct attributes, and the prabhavali arch rising above with scrolling foliage, flame motifs, and a lotus finial at the crown. Ganesha is shown seated in a composed frontal posture with a broad, calm expression. The arch frames the figure symmetrically, with pillar supports on either side — a composition consistent with classical South Indian iconographic conventions for shrine presentation.

Ganesha is invoked at the opening of every significant undertaking in Hindu tradition — ritual, construction, travel, learning. He is Vighnaharta, the remover of obstacles, and Buddhi Pradayaka, the giver of intellect. The prabhavali form, in which the deity is set within an arched aureole, reflects the visual grammar of temple iconography, lending even a small household idol the authority of a consecrated image.

Panchaloha is an alloy composed of five metals — gold, silver, copper, zinc, and iron in prescribed proportions — and has been the canonical material for South Indian ritual bronzes for over a millennium. It is valued for its density, its warm copper-toned surface, and its suitability for devotional use according to Agamic texts.

The finish on this piece is polished, giving it the warm reddish-gold tone visible in the image. Because each idol is individually cast and hand-finished, minor variation in surface texture, tone, and fine detailing should be expected between pieces.

This idol is well suited to a home puja room, a personal travel altar, or as a considered gift for housewarmings, weddings, or festivals.

How We Pack It

Every idol is individually wrapped in soft cloth and nestled in foam casing inside a double-walled corrugated box. We have shipped to 25+ countries without a single breakage complaint.

Orders are dispatched within 2-3 working days. Domestic delivery takes 5-7 days. International shipping takes 10-15 working days via tracked courier.

How to Care For It

Wipe regularly with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid chemical cleaners, acidic solutions, or abrasive pads. For occasional deep cleaning, use warm water and mild soap — dry immediately after.

Brass and Panchaloha naturally develop patina over time. If you prefer the original finish, apply a thin coat of coconut oil monthly.
