Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Cosmic Studio, we take great pride in delivering handcrafted products with care and precision. While we strive for a seamless shopping experience, we understand that issues may occasionally arise. This policy outlines our terms for cancellations, returns, and refunds.

1. Order Cancellation

  • Before Dispatch:
    Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement, provided they have not been shipped.
    To cancel, please email us at admin@cosmicstudio.in or call +91 93444 58130 with your order number.

  • After Dispatch:
    Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.

2. Return Eligibility

We accept returns only if:

  • The item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect, and

  • You notify us within 48 hours of delivery, and

  • You provide a clear unboxing video recorded from the moment the package is opened (before the item is fully unwrapped)

⚠️ Important: A clear unboxing video is mandatory for all return and refund requests related to damage, defects, or wrong items. The video must show the package being opened without cuts or edits.

Additionally:

  • The product must be unused and returned in its original packaging with all tags, labels, and invoice included.

3. Items Not Eligible for Return or Refund

  • Made-to-order or customized products

  • Products damaged due to customer mishandling

  • Products returned without prior approval

  • Color, finish, or texture variations that are natural in handcrafted items

4. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item along with the submitted unboxing video, we will inform you of the approval status.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

5. Return Shipping

  • For return shipping approved returns, shipping costs may be borne by the customer.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Product

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:

  • Email us at admin@cosmicstudio.in within 24 hours of delivery

  • Attach the unboxing video, photos of the product and packaging

  • We will offer a replacement or refund, based on product availability and your preference
