1. Order Processing Time
All standard orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Custom-made or personalized items may take additional processing time, which will be informed at the time of order confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day.
2. Shipping Timelines

3. Shipping Charges
We offer FREE shipping on all listed products, both domestic and international.
For custom orders, bulk requests, or oversized items, shipping charges will be communicated separately based on destination and weight.
4. Packaging
All products are packed using multiple layers of protection to ensure safe transit—especially for fragile items like idols and utensils.
5. Delivery Delays
Cosmic Studio is not liable for delivery delays caused by:
Incorrect or incomplete addresses
Natural calamities, courier strikes, or remote delivery issues
Customs delays in international destinations
6. Customs & Duties (For International Orders)
While we provide free international shipping, any applicable import duties, taxes, or customs charges are the responsibility of the buyer.
These charges, if applicable, are determined by the destination country.
7. Damaged Packages
To claim a return or refund for damaged products:
You must record a clear unboxing video from the moment you begin opening the package.
Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery by emailing us at admin@cosmicstudio.in with your order number and video.
⚠️ Without a proper unboxing video, we will not be able to process damage-related claims.
8. Missed Deliveries & Re-attempts
If a delivery attempt fails due to unavailability or incorrect address, the courier may return the package to us.
In such cases, re-shipping charges may apply, even if the original shipment was free.
